Delivery methods in Switzerland

Standard home delivery: 2-3 working days // CHF 7.- // Free (for orders over CHF 100.-) Priority home delivery: 1 working day // CHF 9.-

Please note that there may be delays in delivery during the holiday season or during periods of heavy overload.

International delivery methods

European Union (excluding UK and Overseas Territories)
Home delivery between 4 and 7 days depending on the destination country: + 15 CHF

United Kingdom
Home delivery between 4 to 7 days depending on the destination country: + 20 CHF

Rest of the world and Overseas Territories
Home delivery between 12 to 20 days depending on the destination country: + 35 CHF
Any VAT or customs charges applied by the EU country (excluding UK and Overseas Territories) or Switzerland are included in the price.

Customs duties and VAT

Customers outside the EU (excluding the UK and Overseas Territories) and Switzerland must pay the duties and VAT of the importing country. The price advertised on https://erismizar.com will not include duties and VAT from countries other than the EU (excluding the UK) and Switzerland. Customers will have to pay these charges once the shipment has arrived in the importing country.

Shipping of products

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland. Shipments will not be made on Swiss public holidays and weekends.

Shipping time

All products are shipped within 48 hours after the order date.
