Our return policy is 14 days from receipt with proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, undamaged condition in the original packaging, with all components (cover, label not removed, card, etc.). Otherwise, the return will be refused and the shipment will be returned to the buyer.
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@erismizar.com and also send your item to our return address.
Exchanges are only possible in Switzerland. For other countries, you can ask us for a credit note or a refund and reorder the model and size of your choice via our e-shop.
Sale or promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. You will need to inform us of your choice between an exchange or refund. For environmental reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please put in the package the order form or your complete details, that is to say: your order number, your name, your address.
Eris Mizar SÃ rl is not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
For returns from outside Switzerland, when returning the package please declare the value of the goods to the post office as “RETURNED GOODS, NO TRADE VALUE”.
You will be responsible for paying your own postage for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If shipping an item valued at more than CHF 150.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
