Delivery
What are the delivery times?
As soon as payment is confirmed, we prepare the shipment of your order within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and Swiss holidays). Once your order is ready, it will be given to the carrier and the delivery time must be added.

Are there any taxes if I order from Europe (excluding Overseas Territories) or Switzerland?
No, from Europe and Switzerland, all taxes are included in the sale price.
Are there any taxes if I order from outside the European Union or from the United Kingdom?
Yes, the sales prices indicated are exclusive of tax. These orders are subject to any customs duties and taxes of the importing country. These are to be paid once the shipment has been delivered. If the recipient refuses the parcel due to additional taxes, Eris Mizar reserves the right to charge the actual amount of these costs due by the customer.

What are the shipping costs?
For Switzerland these costs are free (for orders over CHF 100.-) for a standard shipment. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are CHF 7.00.

How do I enter my promotional code?
The code can be entered before the order is validated in the reserved field.

Returns
Is the return free of charge?
For ecological reasons, return shipping is not free of charge. In case of an exchange for Switzerland, the return shipping costs are free of charge for standard shipping.
